More viewers watched President Trump’s Fox News Lincoln Memorial town hall on Sunday than viewers who watched CNN and MSNBC combined. What a huge accomplishment by Trump.

Hosted by Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier, America Together: Returning to Work was seen by 3.8 million people. The virtual town hall held at the Lincoln Memorial drew 637,000 viewers in the key 25-54 age demographic, according to Nielsen Media Research.

During the live event, Fox boasted an advantage of 463% over MSNBC and 228% over CNN. During the 11 p.m. rebroadcast, Neilsen figures show a 310% advantage over MSNBC viewing figures.

At the town hall, Trump compared himself to the great President Abraham Lincoln, saying he has received far more hostile media than Lincoln.

I am greeted with a hostile press, the likes of which nobody has ever seen. The closest would be that gentleman right up there. They always said Lincoln — nobody got treated worse than Lincoln. I believe I am treated worse. ” Trump said.

A lot of political pundits jumped at this chance to slam Trump.

Former Obama advisor Ben Rhodes said, “Trump at the Lincoln Memorial is just a reminder of how tragically and completely he has debased the office that Lincoln once held.”

Congressman David Cicilline said, “If Lincoln were alive today, he would want nothing to do with Donald Trump’s Republican Party.
